Who is this Action Actor?

David Allen Kilde, a native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, came to California in pursuit of his dreams of becoming a Stuntman/ Actor. Dave earned his Bachelors Degree from Biola University. An active alumni and committed to the film industry, Dave sits on the Biola Media Task Force, working with Chairman Ralph Winters and Creator / Producer Anthony Chase, as well as Steven Lowe and many other "up and coming" film makers in the industry.

Dave's determination and passion for performing arts has earned him a wide variety of credits in projects such as Perfect Storm; Lucky Numbers; Walker, Texas Ranger; General Hospital and Swordfish. Dave's unforgettable driving performance in Swordfish (doubling John Travolta) was recognized by the World Stunt Awards in 2002, for the "best driving"category.

Dave Kilde has enjoyed a 9-year career featured in more than 60 films, commercials, and television roles. Dave just "wrapped" a movie called Checking Out starring Peter Falk and Judge Reinhold for which Dave was the Stunt Coordinator for the film. Dave recently had a speaking role in the NBC daytime show Passions. Dave will start the second season of the Award nominated FOX show, Arrested Development doubling his friend and fellow good/funny guy Will Arnett (Gob). Dave was also recently hired to play a martial arts trainer in a Gary Bussie movie called No Rules.

Dave was recently spotted up at Dodger Stadium being honored at the game for his volunteer work for the "Exceptional Children's Foundation" (a charity for developmentally disabled kids) for which he is the current, "Honorary Chairman and Spokesperson." He was on the field and his face up on "Dodgervision." Dave was a guest on the KEARTH101 radio station as Spokerperson for ECF

Dave continues his work for the "Mentors for Youth" (a charity for foster kids) Program as a spokesperson and will be speaking and playing at a charity basketball game/event reportedly with "Prince" and "Sheila E" as well as other famous people. Catch him putting some moves on the court and the pen, signing autographs.

Dave attended an Athletic Conference in Phoenix and was also interviewed by a local radio station as one of the participants of the conference, for bringing his athletic experience and prowess the the Big Screen in Hollywood.

Showtime was also interested in Dave for playing the lead role for a new show called Southie.

Dave just completed his first starring role in a short film entitled Dreams. The film is movie about good vs. evil and Dave plays an action star...the first of many!! Look for this one at the coming film festivals.

Balancing Acting and Action...

Dave continues studying the Stanislovsky Technique, sharpening his acting skills through ongoing scene study and acting workshops, while physically cross-training to stay fit and on top of his game.

Dave is also a Scuba Dive Master, a certified High performance/stunt Driver, Certified Swift water rescue, skilled in Kayaking, jet skiing, snowboarding, Alpine and Nordic skiing, Motorcycle, Air ramps, high falls, stunt fighting, Russian Swing, Rappelling, Trampoline, Rock Climbing, Gymnastics, Swords, Burns, and Horse work / stunts. Dave continues to develop his acting skills through ongoing Scene Study and acting workshops.

Dave's next endeavor is to enter into Super Hero roles of the new millennium. Stay tuned..........
